So, what is this program?

In a nutshell, Home Partners buys the home you want to purchase for you. You rent it until you have the ability to purchase it. Looking for homes with your Realtor is just the same as if you were getting your own loan. You find the home that you want to live in. They buy it, with a cash offer and then you rent it back from them until you can qualify to purchase it on your own. You have five years to do so. It’s as simple as that! It only costs $75 to make an application for the program. Before filling out the application there is a pre-qualification checklist that you can review to make sure you’ll qualify and you don’t waste your money on the full application.
