People come to real estate for all kinds of reasons. Sometimes it is an exciting next step. Sometimes it is a move that comes with difficult decisions, changing circumstances, or a lot of unknowns. My job is to help you understand your options, make good decisions, and move forward with a clear plan.
I have been helping people buy and sell homes in Utah since 1992. Over the years, I have worked through changing markets, shifting interest rates, competitive buying seasons, slower markets, and just about every kind of move in between. That experience helps me recognize what matters, anticipate problems, and give my clients practical guidance based on more than just what is happening today.
I believe good real estate representation starts with listening. I want to understand what you are trying to accomplish, what concerns you, and what matters most before we start making decisions. From there, I will give you clear information, practical advice, and an honest perspective so you can make choices that feel right for you.
Why I Still Love This Work
Real estate has been part of my life for a long time. My parents spent 50 years in the business, so I grew up seeing firsthand what this work really involves. Since 1992, I have built a career of my own helping people buy, sell, relocate, and navigate major transitions.
My husband, Jeff Durrant, is also a Realtor®, so real estate has been part of both my professional and personal life for many years.
After more than three decades, what keeps me here is still the people, the decisions, and the moments when someone needs an experienced voice to help them sort through what comes next. Every move is different, and I still value being able to understand what matters and help create a path forward.

Experience Beyond the Sale
Over the years, I have continued to build my skills through specialized training, professional leadership, mentoring, and industry involvement. I hold the SRES® designation and have advanced training in negotiation and buyer representation.
That broader experience helps me look at a transaction from more than one angle and gives me a deeper understanding of the decisions, relationships, and details that can affect a successful outcome.
I also make it a priority to keep learning and adapting as technology, marketing, and the way people buy and sell real estate continue to change.
My work has been recognized through Realtor® Top 500 honors from the Salt Lake Board of Realtors®, President’s Elite and President’s Circle recognition with Coldwell Banker Realty, and Coldwell Banker’s international Preserving the Trust Award.
I have also served on the board of the Coldwell Banker Cares Foundation, which has contributed more than $1M to local communities through charitable giving supported by Coldwell Banker agents.
A Little More About Me
Outside of real estate, I love spending time with Jeff and our adult children, camping, exploring little-known parts of Utah, and traveling whenever we get the chance. I have always enjoyed adventure, which is probably why scuba diving has stayed with me since my days as an instructor. It is still something I love whenever I get the opportunity.
