Buying a home comes with a lot of decisions. One of the best ways to start is by getting together, either in person or by Zoom, so we can talk through your timing, financing, priorities, and what you really need from your next home.
That first conversation gives me the chance to provide more personalized attention and help you get your ducks in a row from the beginning. When we start with a clear understanding of what you want and what will work financially, we can make the home search more focused and put you in a better position when the right property comes along.
Whether you are buying your first home, moving up, downsizing, or simply looking for something that fits you better, I help you understand your options, the market, negotiation strategies, and what to expect along the way.

Meet Kristi
I have been helping buyers purchase homes for more than 33 years, through hot markets, slow markets, multiple-offer situations, changing interest rates, and just about every kind of real estate cycle. That experience helps me recognize what matters, what may become a problem, and where there may be room to negotiate.
I am not just there to open the door and show you a house. I pay attention to the property, the neighborhood, the pricing, the condition, the contract, and the details that can affect you later. I ask questions, point things out, and help you look at the home from both an emotional and practical standpoint.
One of the things I enjoy most about representing buyers is helping them put all the pieces together. Sometimes that means finding the right home. Sometimes it means knowing when to walk away. My goal is to give you the information, perspective, and negotiation experience you need to make a decision you feel good about.
